dc.description	According to Lamas (2015) "numerous researchers in the area of language learning foreign, have detailed multiple factors that affect the low or high school performance in the subject of English” the socioeconomic context, the motivation, the emotional state of the students, anxiety, learning styles, study strategies, the curriculum, the type of institution to which students are integrated, are factors that determine whether a student at throughout their existence they learn this language in a significant way or not. According to UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and culture), ICT can complement, enrich and transform education. So incorporate the ICT in 21st century education is everyone's job (Tancredi, 2014). In this order of ideas, the rise of the English language in this century has been very formidable, due to Because this language is the most used around the world, it is even referred to as a lingua franca, which is why every day countless people learn and use this language through daily, even this language is patented as the speech of commerce, the language of technology and the dialect of power At present the use of platforms, web pages, virtual environments, among others favor and allow learning English in a more fun and spontaneous way. It is also necessary to understand that this English language is a fundamental base in all educational institutions, both public and private, regardless of the level or sub-level. In 2016 it makes a readjustment to the national curriculum and the conciliation process began in parallel and the quality standards in the foreign language area. For these quality standards to be achievable in an adequate and fast way, there is a need to implement technological resources that fit the needs of the learner.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Según, Lamas (2015) “numerosos investigadores del área del aprendizaje de las lenguas extranjeras, han detallado múltiples factores que inciden el bajo o alto rendimiento escolar en la asignatura de inglés” el contexto socioeconómico, la motivación, el estado emocional de los estudiantes, la ansiedad, los estilos de aprendizaje , las estrategias de estudio , la malla curricular, el tipo de institución a la que se integran los estudiantes, son factores que determinan si un alumno a lo largo de su existencia aprenden o no este idioma de forma significativa. Según, la UNESCO (Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la ciencia y la cultura), TIC puede complementar, enriquecer y transformar la educación. Por lo que incorporar las TIC en la educación del siglo XXI es un trabajo de todos (Tancredi, 2014). En este orden de ideas, el auge del idioma inglés en este siglo ha sido muy formidable, debido a que este idioma es el más usado alrededor del mundo, inclusive se hace referencia a él como una lengua franca, es por ello que cada día un sinnúmero de personas aprende y utilizan este idioma a diario, incluso este idioma esta patentado como el habla del comercio, el idioma de la tecnología y el dialecto del poder. En la actualidad el uso de las plataformas, páginas web, entornos virtuales, entre otros favorecen y permiten aprender inglés de una forma más divertida y espontanea. Es necesario también comprender que este idioma inglés es base fundamental en todas las instituciones educativas tanto públicas como privadas sin importar el nivel o subnivel. En el 2016 se hace un reajuste al currículo nacional y se inició paralelamente el proceso de conciliación y los estándares de calidad del área de Lengua extranjera. Para que estos estándares de calidad sean alcanzables de una forma adecuada y rápida, se ve la necesidad de implementar recursos tecnológicos que se ajusten a las necesidades del aprendiz.	es_ES
