dc.description	At present, within the world context, reading and writing is undoubtedly a part essential for children and adolescents to have optimal training within his student life, but nevertheless there is no longer that passion that existed in the past for writing books, reading or creating poems, since literacy has been taken as simply a part of education that must be passed. Within Ecuador, society and especially students do not have that love of reading. writing, since the few attractive playful materials on virtual platforms with linguistic consciences, generate that teachers do not have virtual material to be able to use in their classes, whether online or face-to-face, these problems have generated that students do not adequately learn reading and writing and teachers have to create materials for each class. In the city of Quito, south sector San Bartolo in the School of Basic Education "Virginia Larenas” in the 2021-2022 school year, students in the second year of basic education do not have WEB 2.0 tools to develop reading and writing through linguistic awareness, for what is necessary for this research.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad dentro del contexto mundial la lectura y la escritura sin duda es una parte fundamental para que los niños, niñas y adolescentes tengan una formación óptima dentro de su vida estudiantil, pero sin embargo ya no existe esa pasión que existía antiguamente para escribir libros, leer o crear poemas, ya que se ha tomado a la lecto-escritura como simplemente una parte de la educación que se debe aprobar. Dentro Ecuador la sociedad y sobre todo los estudiantes no tienen ese amor a la lecto- escritura, ya que los escasos materiales lúdicos atractivos en plataformas virtuales con conciencias lingüísticas, generan que los docentes no tengan material virtual para poderlo utilizar en sus clases sean en línea o presenciales, estos problemas han generado que los estudiantes no aprendan de manera adecuada la lecto-escritura y los docentes tengan que crear materiales para cada clase. En la ciudad de Quito, sector sur San Bartolo en la Escuela de Educación Básica “Virginia Larenas” en el año lectivo 2021-2022, los estudiantes de los segundos años de básica no tienen herramientas WEB 2.0 para desarrollar la lecto-escritura mediante conciencias lingüísticas, por lo que es necesario la presente investigación.	es_ES
