Resumen:
El presente trabajo surge de la necesidad de fomentar la curiosidad científica, plasmando
aquí todo lo aprendido en el programa de Maestría de Psicología, mención Neuropsicología del
Aprendizaje al que actualmente pertenezco, debemos empezar considerando que el campo de la
salud mental es muy amplio para el estudio del mismo.
Para el diagnóstico y evaluación neuropsicológica es esencial disponer de una batería de
test, misma que evalúe diversas funciones cerebrales, por lo tanto, nos permita determinar el
estado cognitivo del paciente.
Dentro de los instrumentos neuropsicológicos podemos encontrar el Test de Fluencia
Verbal Semántica (TFVs) corresponde a una tentativa, misma que sirve para evaluar de manera
global rápida el lenguaje, así como también de las funciones ejecutivas, ya que se forma por
tareas de fluidez verbal: Fluencia Verbal Semántica: son aquellas palabras que pertenecen a una
determinada categoría, Test de Fluencia Verbal fonológica: debemos enlistar palabras que
empiecen con una determinada categoría.
Como lo menciona Poenitz (2020) nos encontramos en una época de cuestionar nuestra
práctica por lo que la Neurociencia cognitiva posibilita intervenciones efectivas con evidencia
científica. Como plantea Tirapu-Ustárroz (2011), el propósito de conseguir asesoría con respecto
a la evaluación y análisis de los ciudadanos, se elaboró un test de fluencia verbal semántica para
realizar una contribución a la salud mental, de carácter vinculante con el área científica y la
rigidez en la exploración de los resultados específicos que se espera encontrar.

The present work arises from the need to promote scientific curiosity, reflecting
here everything learned in the Master's program in Psychology, Neuropsychology mention of the
learning to which I currently belong, we must begin considering that the field of
Mental health is too broad for its study.
For the diagnosis and neuropsychological evaluation it is essential to have a battery of
test, which evaluates various brain functions, therefore, allows us to determine the
cognitive status of the patient.
Within the neuropsychological instruments we can find the Fluency Test
Semantic Verbal (TFVs) corresponds to an attempt, which is used to evaluate
rapid global language, as well as executive functions, since it is formed by
verbal fluency tasks: Semantic Verbal Fluency: are those words that belong to a
certain category, Phonological Verbal Fluency Test: we must list words that
start with a certain category.
As Poenitz (2020) mentions, we are in a time of questioning our
practice, so that cognitive neuroscience enables effective interventions with evidence
scientific. As Tirapu-Ustárroz (2011) states, the purpose of obtaining advice regarding
to the evaluation and analysis of citizens, a semantic verbal fluency test was developed to
make a contribution to mental health, of a binding nature with the scientific area and the
rigidity in the exploration of the specific results that are expected to be found.
