Resumen:
El presente proyecto hace referencia al diseño de una estructura tecnopedagógica 3.0 en un
EVA que apoye el proceso de aprendizaje de la asignatura Cultura Turística (CT) dirigida a los
estudiantes del segundo nivel de la Carrera de Turismo de la Universidad Estatal Amazónica,
misma es impartida por un docente profesional afín al campo del conocimiento.
La asignatura CT tiene la finalidad de crear una conciencia turística, que comprometa el modo
de actuar de los estudiantes futuros profesionales en Turismo respecto a la contribución del
desarrollo turístico en todos los espacios, donde se promueva una actitud de servicio enmarcada
en el respeto a la comunidad anfitriona y por ende la conservación de su cultura, sus tradiciones
y estilo de vida, su patrimonio histórico cultural y su entorno ambiental, lo que aporta gran
significación para la sociedad.
En este sentido y para el logro de los resultados de aprendizaje, es necesario que el docente
universitario además de ser conocedor de la temática a abordar debe tener una formación
pedagógica para complementar su especialidad científica y disciplinar en un contexto de nuevos
desafíos para las instituciones de educación superior en correspondencia con la Misión, Visión y
Modelo Educativo Complejo institucional. (UEA, 2019)

This project refers to the design of a 3.0 techno-pedagogical structure in a
EVA that supports the learning process of the Tourist Culture (TC) course aimed at
students of the second level of the Tourism Career of the Amazon State University,
It is taught by a professional teacher related to the field of knowledge.
The CT subject has the purpose of creating a tourist awareness, which compromises the way
of acting of the students future professionals in Tourism regarding the contribution of the
tourism development in all spaces, where an attitude of service is promoted framed
in respect for the host community and therefore the conservation of its culture, its traditions
and lifestyle, its historical cultural heritage and its environmental environment, which contributes great
significance for society.
In this sense and for the achievement of the learning results, it is necessary that the teacher
university student, in addition to being knowledgeable about the subject to be addressed, must have training
pedagogy to complement their scientific and disciplinary specialty in a context of new
challenges for higher education institutions in correspondence with the Mission, Vision and
