dc.description	A growth factor in today's economy is the granting of credit to customers, that it is easily accessible to financial services, with lower costs and that is backed with state-of-the-art technology for a financial balance for both users and the institution. According to data from the Superintendency of Banks (2022, various pages), in July 2022, 132,282 credits have been disbursed in Ecuador and in the accumulated year since January July 2022 there are 951,054 credits disbursed if compared to the population economically active represents 11% of the population up to July of this year and if one compares against the year 2021 with the same economic population represents 19% of the population. This type of information is a sign that financial institutions have the responsibility of transmitting this data to its Business Advisors so that they are aligned with their clients when they require requests for credits and/or guarantees. Therefore, the creation of a website will allow reinforcement, updating and learning about the management of these requests, in addition, it will provide relevant information for clients, it will detail: the types of documentation, legal regulations, lifting of financial guarantees sold to others institutions (detailing their processes and times), etc. In other words, a digital and informative tool such as the creation of a website is key for the performance and knowledge of staff (especially Business Advisors) of Pichincha Mutualist.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Un factor de crecimiento en la economía actual es el otorgamiento de crédito a los clientes, que sea de fácil acceso a los servicios financieros, con menores costos y que esté avalado con tecnología de punta para un equilibrio financiera tanto para los usuarios como para la institución. Según datos de la Superintendencia de Bancos (2022, pág. varias), en julio del 2022 se han desembolsado 132.282 créditos en Ecuador y en el acumulado del año desde enero julio del 2022 son 951.054 créditos desembolsados si se compara contra la población económicamente activa representa el 11% de la población hasta julio de este año y si se compara contra el año 2021 con la misma población económica representa el 19% de la población. Este tipo de información es una muestra de que las instituciones financieras tienen la responsabilidad de transmitir estos datos a sus Asesores de Negocios para que estén alineados con sus clientes cuando requieran solicitudes de créditos y/o garantías. Por eso, la creación de un sitio web permitirá el reforzamiento, actualización y aprendizaje sobre el manejo de estas solicitudes, además, brindará información relevante para los clientes, detallará: los tipos de documentación, normativas legales, levantamiento de garantías financieras vendidas a otras instituciones (detallando sus procesos y tiempos), etc. Es decir, una herramienta digital e informativa como la creación de un sitio web es clave para el rendimiento y el conocimiento del personal (sobre todo de Asesores de Negocio) de Mutualista Pichincha.	es_ES
