Resumen:
La presente investigación tiene como fundamento principal describir si el estrés afecta a
la cognición social y la empatía en los funcionarios electorales 2023 y en el análisis de los
resultados a la encuesta realizada se determinará cómo se encuentra el desarrollo del proceso
electoral en los funcionarios electorales, para esto, se ha investigado como se produce el
estrés dentro de la cognición social.
Identificamos al estrés como una enfermedad psicológica, la cual se ha venido
desarrollando en los últimos tiempos a nivel mundial, llegando a alcanzar valores
considerables en los entornos laborales, de esta manera, sustentar si la cognición social
específicamente la empatía se ve afectada por niveles de estrés altos que se podrían
desarrollar por las largas jornadas de trabajo, generando sensaciones de agotamiento,
cansancio físico y psicológico. Con estos antecedentes este proyecto desea resolver, si los
niveles de estrés afectan la cognición social en los funcionarios electorales.

The main foundation of this research is to describe whether stress affects
social cognition and empathy in electoral officials 2023 and in the analysis of the
