| Resumen : | El siguiente proyecto consiste en diseñar una aplicación interactiva T-Voting, utilizando omo software libre Ginga/NCL para generar el código y como medio de prueba la televisión digital terrestre (TDT). El estándar ISDB-Tb (Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting – Terrestrial Brasil) brinda un camino tecnológico para poder interactuar con el televidente y enera nuevas formas de transmitir información. Tiene un enfoque gubernamental (T-Voting) y tomando en consideración las elecciones de dignidades a la alcaldía de Quito, se usó como referencia a cuatro candidatos al azar para mostrar en pantalla. Las pruebas de funcionamiento se realizan cargando la aplicación en un quipo que cuenta con soporte total en interactividad en el estándar de televisión digital brasileño, denominado Set Top Box con Ginga modelo ET-SBX03. La aplicación se puede visualizar en pantalla con un ícono de advertencia (informativo) puede interactuar utilizando los botones de colores (rojo, verde, azul y amarillo) del control remoto del smartbox. Toda esta información es enviada a través de un canal de retorno Internet) la cual es alojada en el hosting de un dominio determinado; estos datos son públicos y se visualizan en los teléfonos usando un lector de códigos QR o el link de la página. | Descripción : | ABSTRACT The next project consists of designing an interactive T-Voting application, using as free software Ginga / NCL to generate the code and as a test medium digital terrestrial television (DTT). The ISDB-Tb (Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting - Terrestrial Brazil) standard provides a technological path to interact with the viewer and generates new ways of transmitting information. It has a governmental focus (T-Voting) and taking into consideration the dignity elections to the mayor of Quito, it was used as a reference to four candidates at random to show on screen. The functional tests are carried out by loading the application in a team that has total support in interactivity in the Brazilian digital television standard, called Set Top Box with Ginga model ET-SBX03. The application can be displayed on the screen with a warning icon (informative) and can interact using the colored buttons (red, green, blue and yellow) of the smartbox Remote control. All this information is sent through a return channel (Internet) which is hosted in the hosting of a given domain; these data are public and are displayed on the phones using a QR code reader or the link on the page.
