Resumen:
En la actualidad, el sector Público juega un papel importante dentro de todos los Ámbitos como
son económicos, sociales, culturales, educativos, etc; dentro de los cantones y ciudades que
conforman un país como el Ecuador por lo que no se puede dejar de lado que los avances
tecnológicos, así como la ciencia también afectan en el buen funcionamiento de dichas
Entidades Estatales (Robles, 2014). En dicho contexto, la Maestría de Gestión de Talento
Humano también juega un papel importante en la actualidad y la misma permitirá conocer el
clima laboral que pueden incidir en las relaciones Interpersonales en el GAD Municipal del
Cantón el Chaco.
El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón el Chaco se independizó el 26 de
mayo de 1988. Desde esta fecha importantes avances cuantitativos y cualitativos son evidentes.
La Historia del Cantón está ligado a la del Cantón Quijos que gracias al empuje y sacrificio de sus
moradores el progreso y desarrollo del sector fue tan notorio que el Congreso Nacional
mediante Decreto Legislativo Nro. 094 del 26 de abril de 1988, decidió la creación del Cantón, y
fue publicado en el Registro Oficial Nro. 943 del 26 de mayo de 1988 (Flores, 2012).
